What You Need to Add
To finish your setup, you’ll need:
- An iPad (10.2", 10.9", 11", or 12.9" – check compatibility if unsure)
- A photo booth app subscription (for example: LumaBooth, Touchpix, etc.)
- Optional: props, backdrops, stands, and branding
Manufacturing, Processing & Delivery
Each booth is prepared and quality-checked before it ships.
- Manufacturing/processing time: typically around 7–14 business days
- Shipping time: typically around 3–5 business days once shipped
3-Year Warranty & Support
This iPad booth includes an industry-leading 3-year warranty:
- Years 1–2: Coverage on structural and electronic components under normal use
- Year 3: Extended parts warranty on major components (frame, housing, key internals)
Damage from misuse, accidents, improper setup, or unauthorized modifications is not covered, but we’ll still do our best to support you with parts and guidance if something happens.
If anything arrives damaged or fails under normal use, contact us and we’ll help with replacement parts and solutions. Email support is available if you ever need help with your booth.
