Welcome to Dime Booth Industries (“Dime Booth Industries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Business Customers & Use

Dime Booth Industries primarily sells photo booth equipment and related products for business and commercial use, including but not limited to:

  • iPad photo booths

  • 360 photo booths

  • DSLR photo booths

  • Mirror photo booths

By purchasing from us, you represent and warrant that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email and/or post a notice on our website. Your continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Product Information & Availability

We aim to provide accurate information about our products, including descriptions, features, pricing, and availability. However:

  • We do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, specifications, or pricing are error-free.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.

  • Products, bundles, software, and included accessories may change or be updated over time.

If a product appears incorrectly priced or described, we may, at our discretion:

  • Cancel the order; or

  • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the updated information.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We may accept or decline any order in our sole discretion.

We may cancel or refuse an order if, for example:

  • The product is unavailable or discontinued;

  • We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • We have reason to believe the order was placed with incorrect or misleading information.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Order changes or cancellations by you may be limited once production or processing has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Prices may not include applicable taxes or fees, which may be added at checkout depending on your location and local tax laws.

  • You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, at the time of purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout:

  • Manufacturing/processing time: generally around 7–14 business days

  • Shipping time: generally around 3–5 business days once shipped

These time frames are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, holidays, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.

Once your order is handed off to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments, though we will assist you where reasonably possible.

Any special shipping terms (such as “Free Shipping in the USA”) will be described on our website and/or at checkout and may be subject to limitations or exclusions (e.g., certain locations, expedited options).

7. International Orders (If Applicable)

If we ship outside the United States (where available):

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees assessed by your country.

  • These fees are not controlled by us and are your responsibility.

  • Delays caused by customs are not our responsibility.

If we are not currently shipping to your country, any such order may be cancelled and refunded.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are high-value, often customized or assembled to order, returns may be limited. Our full return and refund policy (if any) will be detailed on our website and may include:

  • Whether returns are accepted

  • Return time windows (if applicable)

  • Conditions (e.g., unused, in original packaging)

  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

If there is a discrepancy between these Terms and a separate posted Return/Refund Policy, that specific policy will usually govern returns for that product.

Products damaged upon arrival must typically be reported within a specified timeframe (for example, within 48–72 hours of delivery) along with photos or videos, so we can help coordinate any replacement parts or claims.

9. 2-Year Warranty

Many of our products/booths are sold with a 2-year warranty, which may include:

  • Year 1 – Coverage on structural and electronic components under normal use.

  • Year 2 – Extended parts warranty on major components (for example: frame, platform, arms, certain internal components).

Exact warranty coverage, limitations, and claim procedures will be described on our Warranty page and/or on the specific product page. That warranty description is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The warranty generally does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper setup

  • Damage caused by accidents or external events (drops, water, power surges, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumables (e.g., printer paper, ink, certain bulbs, etc.)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

To make a warranty claim, you may be required to:

  • Provide proof of purchase;

  • Provide photos/video of the issue;

  • Follow troubleshooting steps and/or return or dispose of defective parts if requested.

We may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide replacement parts for covered components.

10. Software & Third-Party Services

Some products may include or require software, whether pre-included or purchased separately, and may interact with third-party apps or services (for example: photo booth apps, editing software, sharing tools, payment processors).

  • Software licenses may be governed by separate End User License Agreements (EULAs) or terms from the software provider.

  • We are not responsible for third-party software, apps, or services and make no guarantees regarding their performance, availability, or compatibility.

  • Some recommended or mentioned software may require ongoing subscriptions or fees that are not included in your purchase.

It is your responsibility to review and comply with any third-party terms and conditions.

11. No Professional Advice

Any information, blog posts, guides, or recommendations on our website (for example, how to start a rental business, pricing suggestions, or earnings examples) are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute:

  • Legal advice

  • Financial advice

  • Tax advice

  • Business guarantees

You are responsible for consulting with appropriate professionals (e.g., attorney, accountant, tax advisor) regarding your specific situation.

We do not guarantee any particular level of revenue, profit, or success from using our products.

you grant Dime Booth Industries a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with our business, including for marketing and promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit; and

  • Your content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit user content at our discretion.

You agree not to use our website or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty or on a product page:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other policies or terms referenced on our website (such as our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Dime Booth Industries regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.
