What You Need to Add
To finish your setup, you’ll need:

- A 360/photo booth app (e.g., Touchpix, Snappic, etc.)
- Optional: extra lighting, props, and backdrops
Manufacturing, Processing & Delivery
Each booth is prepared and quality-checked before it ships.
- Manufacturing/processing time: typically around 7–14 business days
- Shipping time: typically around 3–5 business days once shipped
3-Year Warranty & Support
This 360 booth includes an industry-leading 3-year warranty:
- Years 1–2: Coverage on structural and electronic components under normal use
- Year 3: Extended parts warranty on major components (platform, arm, key internals)
Damage from misuse, overloading the platform, accidents, or improper setup is not covered, but we’ll still work with you on parts and support if something goes wrong.
If anything arrives damaged or fails under normal use, we’ll help you with replacement parts and support so you can stay up and running.
